About our shipping process
As a valued customer your satisfaction is one of our top priorities. We hand pick and inspect each plant before it is packaged and on its way to you. You will receive a similar looking plant to the one in the photo. Please keep in mind that each plant is unique in their own way, no two plants are alike. Most plants will be shipped bare root, but there are some plants that we may choose to ship with the pot and soil. We understand that problems may arise during shipping or plants can get damaged. When your plant/plants arrive please open the box and look over the plants. If there is a problem or you are unhappy, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery either by email (ritaleesnursery@gmail.com) or by phone (503-881-1830 or 503-559-2521).

issue. All plants must be return in original packaging.
It is the buyer's responsibility to determine if excessively hot or cold weather
will impact the healthy shipment of plants. During the colder months hot packs
are available for purchase on our web site. Upon your request we will gladly
hold plants until favorable weather.
